The know-how acquired in the micro-embossed film sector allows us to implement exclusive production processes and specific galvanic treatments. We process rolls up to 5500 mm engraved length and 1000 mm diameter. We have a wide range of standard engravings and develop patterns on demand, for both wet and dry lines. Ad-hoc chemical matting technologies allow us to offer a product that meets industry requirements.

Cooperating remotely on technically advanced projects or defining the pattern that best serves a given purpose is not easy. That is why we have developed our MyEMBOSS, a real cylinders “personal styler”. It is a software entirely designed in-house which enable a four-handed cylinder design, browsing through a sample book of over 750 patterns. Its output can also be selected as a starting point to give life to new ideas and new ornamental models. Advice, design, just-in-time quotations: all in just a few clicks and from your own desk.

TOOL PRODUCTION

The capability of producing our engraving tools also by direct laser process allows us to reproduce with extreme precision any geometry and any specification: in addition to the wide range of pre-existing engravings, we can therefore produce them upon request without any limitations.

PRODUCT SCANNING

Using a high-resolution electron microscope, which returns a 3D image, we can detect the pattern and its different depths. We identify the pin specifications and suggest possible improvements. Each scan is accounted in a detailed report.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

The reverse engineering service is essential to meet our customers' needs. Our in-depth industry know-how and state-of-the-art technologies enable us to detect any type of engraving, from a film sample or a cylinder in use, and reproduce it identically.
