CUFF
We specialize in the manufacture of rollers for ultrasonic bonding of nappy layers and elastic bands. 100% in-house development and manufacturing. Robotized and automated workstation to minimizes the margin of error and shorten waiting times.
HYGIENE
We serve the hygiene sector at 360°: we produce rolls for backsheet and topsheet applications with continuous engravings to improve the softness and the three-dimensionality, rolls for high bonding with decorative engravings on demand, rolls for film micro-embossing and anilox for printing.
PLATES
We offer interchangeable plates for ultrasonic bonding tools for various applications. We have a wide range of patterns to choose from and offer technical advice for the development of customized solutions.
MASKS
Our production capacity makes us able to meet every requirement with high flexibility and speed. We can detect and reproduce any pattern from a sample or a roll. We can develop customized solutions upon request.
CALANDER
Large rollers for continuous ultrasonic welding. In addition to the numerous geometric and ornamental patterns already available for this application, we can develop customized solutions upon request.

3D detection
Using a high-resolution electron microscope which returns a 3D image of the pins we inspect the cylinder to draw up the Certificate Quality. The same technology is used to identify the characteristics of a pattern from a given sample in order to reproduce it identically or improve it.
3D Detection
To complete the final inspection of the cylinders processed, we use a high-resolution electron microscope, which detects the engraving. It returns a 3D image of the pins, their shape and the different depths. This procedure is carried out at various points on the cylinder; the data are recorded and attached to the Quality Certificate, if requested. The same technology is used to identify the characteristics of a pattern from a given sample in order to reproduce it identically or improve it.
